What carries weight, and what does not
Classical vastu treats the main door, the kitchen and the position of water as the heavy items, and the treatment of a plot’s shape and its slope as nearly as important. Almost everything else is adjustable after purchase, which is exactly why a pre-purchase check should weight the things you cannot change once you have signed.
A word about what this is worth
A vastu score is not a survey. It says nothing about the title, the structure, the builder, the water supply or whether the price is fair, and those decide whether a property is a good buy. Treat this as one input among several — and if a score here ever conflicts with a structural engineer, the engineer is right.
